Many Democrats find all this Donald crap to be hilarious. They're actually praying that he continues this charade just so he could further tarnish the image of the Republican brand. Like the media, they seem to be enjoying every minute of this. As a liberal I can't say I share the same enthusiasm. I think what Trump is doing is not only hugely irresponsible, but dangerous. While I don't believe Donald Trump to be racist, he's blatantly perpetuating lies that are based on deep ignorance and bigotry. That in itself is a cause for concern.

Five Musical Acts Who Actually Do Interesting Things
The other day, I took the opportunity to rail against some problems in the music industry. Today, I’m going to talk about some acts who I think are actually doing interesting things right now. I’ll limit myself to pop music for this one, because it’s an industry that people think is largely bereft of fresh talent. Sure, Ke$ha is terrible, but that doesn’t mean that there’s not some good stuff circling around.
Knicks vs. Celtics Preview
Perhaps the most exciting first round match up features the Knicks and Celtics. Now I'm not guaranteeing that it's going to be a great series, just the most anticipated due to the star power present on both teams. First a quick recap of the season series between New York and Boston. The Celtics swept all four games from the Knicks. For what it's worth New York fans, your Knickerbockers gave Boston all they could handle. The last meeting between the two teams doesn't count due to all the starters that were rested in what turned out to be a meaningless exhibition game. But if you really get down to it, one can only look back to March 21st meeting. I'm disregarding the first two games because those Knicks teams were completely different than the one presently constituted. In the third meeting between the two teams, New York outplayed Boston for the majority of the game. But in the end, the Knicks completely fell apart, while the Celtics showed their championship pedigree down the stretch. I have a feeling we're going to see more of the same next week. Anyway, let's get to it. Here's my position by position breakdown of the series.

Prometheus: A Return To Form For Ridley Scott?
So there's been quite a bit of buzz lately surrounding Ridley Scott's next project, Prometheus. It marks nearly 30 years since he's last forayed into the science fiction genre. It's widely considered that Alien and Blade Runner are his two masterpieces(Frenchie would strongly disagree with the latter). Some would argue that Thelma & Louise and Gladiator belong up on that pedestal as well, but that's besides the point. Being a huge fan of Alien, this is the first Scott project that I've genuinely been excited for in quite some time. To say that it's been a while since he's done something truly remarkable is an understatement. It's been nearly a decade if you consider Black Hawk Down amongst his best(which I do not). During that span Scott has directed decent yet underwhelming films in; Kingdom of Heaven(extended director's cut), American Gangster, Body of Lies and Robin Hood. Then there are those that belong in the "what the heck was he thinking" category; Matchstick Men and A Good Year. That's over ten years of seemingly uninspired work.
So I Suppose That I Should Occasionally Have Something To Say, If I'm Going To Blog...
In today’s world where everyone wants to be #winning, there’s no better way to make yourself famous than to go viral. Viral marketing is everywhere; movies do it, artists release whole CDs over the internet for free... and then there’s Youtube. Ah, Youtube, where you can post a video of any crappy thing you’ve done, and if it’s funny enough (coming soon – check out my stand-up comedy!), you too can be a celebrity! In the past, you would have actually had to do something notable; to have some measure of talent, but no more. What’s the latest trend to grace our computer screens? None other than the fantastic Ms. Rebecca Black, and her well-written little ditty “Friday”. Fun fun fun fun! Unfortunately, individuals have been quick to draw comparisons between Ms. Black, and other celebrities who have gotten their start on Youtube, some of whom have actually gone on to have a measure of the success that would have denoted them as a celebrity in the past. The most notable victim of these comparisons is the “pride of Stratford” (and soon to be of UWO – my university, if you believe the rumours), Justin Bieber. I will say that Mr. Bieber is the antithesis of everything I stand for as a human being; I once told my ten-year old cousin that he was “everything that is wrong with the world”. That being said, anyone who thinks that Rebecca Black is on the same level as Justin Bieber is sorely mistaken.
